We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Sales Manager with 10+ years of experience in technology sales leadership, specifically within the cloud computing industry (IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS). This role involves leading and motivating a specialized sales team to aggressively drive cloud service revenue, managing a complex sales pipeline, and formulating strategic sales plans. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the cloud landscape and be adept at value‑selling methodologies to achieve challenging revenue and consumption targets.
The Cloud Sales Manager's principal duties include:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize cloud revenue and market share.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high‑performing team of Cloud Account Managers.
- Performance Accountability: Monitor sales performance against key metrics (ARR, consumption, services, pipeline health) and report progress to senior management.
- Key Account Engagement: Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with strategic clients and channel partners.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams to align technical offerings with market demand.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Work Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in sales management, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets, specifically in Cloud Computing Services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and Professional & Managed Services) or complex IT infrastructure sales.
Certification/License: Cloud Related Certificates and license.
