ResponsibilitiesAs part of the KSA sales team, the primary role is to maximize sales volume, minimize stales, achieve distribution targets, implement agreed merchandising standards, collect accounts receivable, and maintain high levels of customer service. The Pre‑seller will provide market information, attend training courses, and complete a daily debriefing with the supervisor.
Principal accountabilities include selling the full range of products to an agreed list of customers, maintaining stales below target, ensuring service approval, adhering to call frequencies and route plans, performing daily and weekly vehicle checks, supplying ready-to-ship orders on time, maintaining customer stock levels, implementing in‑store merchandising, reporting competitor activity, reconciling cash and credit sales, managing grooming and driving standards, and meeting KPI metrics.
Qualifications- Diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in sales & account building.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Conflict management ability.
- Sales planning competence.
- Basic accounting skills.
