Responsibilities
- Monitor new projects in the local market through platforms, tenders, and developers.
- Identify potential clients (owners, consultants, and main contractors).
- Study competitors and analyze market prices and proposals.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales plans in coordination with management.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain and regularly update the client and project database.
- Maintain continuous communication with existing and potential clients.
- Organize site visits and presentations to introduce company services.
- Maintain strong professional relationships to ensure future opportunities.
- Receive client inquiries (RFQs / Inquiries).
- Coordinate with internal departments to prepare technical and financial offers.
- Review proposals prior to submission to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Follow up with clients after submission until deal closure.
- Collaborate with execution, procurement, and design departments to meet client requirements.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on client status, proposals, and performance indicators.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contract conditions to serve the company’s interests.
- Prepare final contracts in coordination with the legal and administrative departments.
- Follow up with clients after contract signing to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle any client feedback or issues related to execution or delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- 2–5 years of sales experience within contracting, construction materials, or fit‑out industries.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Valid driving license (for field sales activities).
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills for preparing proposals and BOQs.
- Professional and well‑mannered personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Team player with initiative and a proactive approach.
- Strong focus on achieving sales results and company targets.
