As part of our strategic expansion in Saudi Arabia, we are building a strong, on-ground commercial organization in Riyadh to capture market share and establish long-term enterprise relationships across the Kingdom.
Role OverviewWe are looking for an elite player‑coach Sales Manager to lead our sales execution in the KSA market. Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, this is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives on hands‑on selling, coaching talent, refining sales processes, and closing complex, high‑value deals.
You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, mentoring Sales Executives and SDRs, and ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds ambitious sales targets across our full portfolio of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage the daily activities and performance of Sales Executives and SDRs.
- Drive a culture of accountability, discipline, and high performance.
- Actively participate in late-stage sales cycles, supporting and closing strategic, high-value deals.
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine sales methodologies for ERP, SaaS, and custom software sales.
- Set and manage individual and team quotas aligned with company growth targets.
- Conduct rigorous pipeline reviews and deliver accurate forecasts to leadership.
- Ensure consistent CRM usage and pipeline hygiene.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train top‑tier sales talent.
- Coach team members using structured methodologies such as MEDDIC, Solution Selling, SPIN, and Challenger.
- Identify skill gaps and drive continuous improvement through coaching and feedback.
- Ensure sales objectives are aligned with the regional business development and company strategy.
- Represent Watan First Solutions in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events across KSA.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure solution‑market fit.

- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software and technology solutions.
- Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Proven experience selling ERP solutions (mandatory).
- Strong, verifiable client relationships in Saudi Arabia with a proven closing track record.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed personal and team sales quotas.
- Strong coaching mindset with hands‑on experience applying formal sales methodologies.
- Currently based in Riyadh or willing to relocate from Egypt.
