The RoleYou’ll own end-to-end sales across global markets, selling Qureos’ AI-powered hiring solutions to HR, TA, founders, and business leaders.
This role isn't about waiting for inbound, it’s about hunting, prospecting, and building your own pipeline engine with high precision. Inbound leads are just the dessert.
You will run a consultative + challenger motion, understand customers’ pain deeply, and sell ROI, outcomes, and value, not just features or services.
This is a high-energy, high-ownership role where you’ll move fast, stay sharp, and think like an owner at every step.
What You’ll Do Prospecting & Pipeline Ownership- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, calls, email sequences, Linked In, events, research
- Treat inbound leads as a bonus, not the main course
- Maintain 2–3X pipeline coverage at all times
- Use data to prioritize the right accounts, segments, and outreach strategies
- Run structured discovery, objection handling, and insightful demos
- Sell value, ROI, efficiency and business outcomes, not features
- Navigate multiple stakeholders : HR, TA leaders, founders, CEOs, finance
- Close deals across small (

- Maintain crystal‑clear weekly forecast accuracy
- Track your pipeline health like an athlete tracks performance
- No surprises, always know the next steps, blockers, and probabilities
- Become an expert in the Qureos platform and how our AI solves hiring challenges
- Tailor messaging to different industries and personas
- Provide feedback to product and growth teams based on customer insights
- Use Hub Spot, Zoho, Apollo, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Lusha / Clearbit
- Build targeted lists, execute outreach, track KPIs, and run sequences
- Stay organized, fast, and on top of every lead
- Think like an owner, move like a founder
- Be proactive, resilient, and confident in tough conversations
- Bring energy, precision, and clarity into every interaction
- 4–7 years in B2B sales in SaaS, HR tech, recruitment services, or AI SaaS
- Arabic & English fluency (mandatory)
- Skilled in consultative selling + challenger methodology
- Obsessed with hitting numbers, closing deals gives you a rush
- Excellent at discovery, objection handling, and value articulation
- Strong pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy
- A natural hunter : proactive, energetic, and persistent
- Comfortable selling to HR, TA leaders, founders, and enterprise leaders
- Experience closing mixed deal sizes (small, mid, enterprise)
- High-speed, high-ownership mindset, structured yet flexible
