We are currently searching for dedicated, ambitious and self‑driven Solutions Sales Specialist – ITSM to join our Sales Department playing a critical role in building relationships with our significant clients.
This is a sales position that needs high commitment, ability to build long‑term relationship, passionate about technology.
The candidate must have an experience in selling and presenting IT solutions at least one of the following domains (Microsoft Infrastructure Services, Unified Communications, IT Service Management Solutions and Consultation, Customer Experience, Data and Analytics).
Responsibilities- Effectively maintain and retain existing customers by building long‑term relationships.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
- Lead demand‑generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including business development, support, service, marketing, customer success and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration equivalent.
- ITIL Foundation (preferred).
- Inbound Sales (must).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in – enterprise sales or related position.
- Sales experience at the following domains (IT Service Management, ISO Consultation Services).
- Hands on experience with CRM software and Account management systems.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem‑solving attitude.
- Customer‑centric and good listener.
- Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high‑paced, fast‑changing, and sometimes unpredictable work environment.
- Articulate verbal communication, professional business writing and presentation skills.
