We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager for our Fire Fighting Equipment division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the fire safety sector. This role requires a deep understanding of fire fighting equipment, market trends, and customer needs. You will lead a team of sales professionals, set sales targets, and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.

Your ability to analyze market data and customer feedback will be crucial in shaping our product offerings and enhancing our competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development:
    Identify and develop new business opportunities for firefighting products, including fire pumps, sprinklers, valves, pipes, and accessories.
  • Client Engagement:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and distributors in Saudi Arabia.
  • Market Expansion:
    Increase market share by promoting our products to key decision-makers in the fire protection and MEP industry.
  • Sales Targets:
    Achieve and exceed revenue and profitability goals through proactive sales strategies.
  • Technical Presentations:
    Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and recommendations to clients.
  • Tendering & Negotiations:
    Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and bids for large-scale projects.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Stay updated with local and international fire safety codes and regulations.
  • Cross-functional Coordination:
    Work closely with internal teams, including logistics, supply chain, and after-sales service, to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Requirements
  • Education:

    Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
  • Experience:

    5-6 years of Saudi Arabia market experience in sales of firefighting products or fire protection systems.
  • Language

    Skills:

    Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken & written).
  • Iqama:
    Transferable Iqama is required.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of fire protection systems, Saudi Civil Defense requirements, and MEP industry standards.
  • Network:
    Well-established relationships with fire consultants, contractors, and project managers in Saudi Arabia.
  • Driving License:
    Valid KSA driving license is a must.
  • Preferred Candidate from Reda, Heba Fire, sffico, Naffco or Similar Business segments.
