Position: Senior Sales Manager (KSA)

Global Recruitment Manager at MEIDE Group

MEIDE Group is a global leader in the manufacturing of ductile iron pipes, valves, malleable iron fittings, and pipeline system solutions, with a footprint in over 100 countries. As part of our strategic growth in Serbia, we are looking for a capable and experienced Senior
Sales Manager to join us and support market development in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage local distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts in the relevant hardware industry;
  • Promote MEIDE’s products and brands;
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in potential projects;
  • Lead the full sales cycle: customer identification, presentations, quotations, contract negotiation, and after-sales follow-up;
  • Build long-term relationships with contractors, project consultants and resellers;
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to optimize strategy and product offerings;
  • Coordinate with internal departments including technical, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction;
  • Be responsible for the management and training of sales representatives under the Business Group.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in the field of iron pipes/valves/fittings, etc., with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a national sales management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of the national market dynamics, customer segments, and distribution channels in the related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage and inspire a large sales team across different regions.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to identify market opportunities and challenges, and develop effective solutions.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English
    , Arabic is a plus. Familiar with using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales management software.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required.
