Sales Executive (Education and Training Programs)

Full-time

Swiss Hospitality Company is a consulting company on a mission, to upgrade the service quality within the hospitality and tourism industry in Saudi Arabia through its offerings.

Candidate will be handling purchases, customer inquiries and the promotion of the company services such as training programs and professional certifications.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare action plans and timelines to identify specific targets and to project the number of sales to be made.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and contracts.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
  • Follow up on payment collection, new leads and referrals.
  • Coordinate shipping of training materials.
  • Handle orders by phone, email, or mail and check that orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  • Input orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and that all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
  • Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Keep updated information on products.
Qualifications
  • Professional experience minimum 2 years.
  • English and Arabic language proficiency.
  • Bachelor in Business / Hospitality or any relevant field.
  • Good team development and leadership skills.
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast‑paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and spoken communications skills.
