Key Account Manager – Cybersecurity Solutions (Saudization)
We are seeking a driven Key Account Manager to lead new business development and strategic account growth across priority verticals within the Saudi market. This role focuses on enterprise and government customers and requires strong experience managing complex sales cycles for cybersecurity solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new customer acquisition and expansion within assigned sectors and strategic accounts across Saudi Arabia.
- Develop and execute sector‑based business plans aligned with annual revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers across enterprise and government organisations.
- Own the full sales lifecycle: opportunity identification, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, contract closure, and handover.
- Collaborate with pre‑sales and technical teams to design and present tailored cybersecurity solutions and services.
- Plan and support marketing and go‑to‑market initiatives, including events, exhibitions, and targeted customer engagements.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support commercial and solution strategy.
- Participate in commercial negotiations, contract finalisation, and payment follow‑up.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful delivery and long‑term customer satisfaction.
- 5+ years’ experience in key account management, business development, or solution sales within Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record selling cybersecurity solutions, technology platforms, or professional services.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity products and services, with vertical market exposure considered a strong advantage.
- Experience managing enterprise and/or government accounts and complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
- Ability to develop and execute business development strategies aligned to revenue targets.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (Arabic mandatory).
