About

The Role

The Senior Account Executive will drive business growth and expand our customer base. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and leading the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Articulate how AI solutions address Telecom & Semi-Government pain points such as regulatory compliance, AML/KYC, fraud detection & prevention, AI, data, and SaaS concepts.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the Saudi market and key sectors such as Telecom & Semi-Government, banking, fintech.
  • Stay aware of competitor activity and market trends to support positioning.
  • Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams to refine products and go‑to‑market approaches.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by effectively prospecting and qualifying leads.
  • Develop technical and business content for proposals, liaising with pre‑sales engineers.
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision‑makers, influencers, and partners.
  • Prepare tenders, proposals, and quotations.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations, negotiate contracts, terms and conditions, and follow‑up to win new business.
  • Update CRM tools regularly with accurate forecasts, pipeline status and activity reports.
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining strong follow‑up discipline.
  • Ensure that sales and business development targets are met.
  • Communicate business impact and ROI of AI solutions, linking technology to strategic outcomes.
  • Drive long‑term customer satisfaction, contract renewals and cross‑sell/up‑sell opportunities through proactive engagement.
  • Work closely with marketing, product and delivery teams to align offerings with customer needs and ensure successful implementations.
  • Lead RFP responses and commercial negotiations, ensuring compliance with procurement standards and internal governance.
  • Represent Mozn in conferences, webinars and industry panels to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Attend industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and promote Mozn’s offerings.
  • Build alliances with consulting firms, system integrators, and technology partners.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of AI, digital transformation and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate behaviours that reflect Mozn’s core values – delivering positive impact, putting people and customers first, striving for excellence and taking ownership in every step.
Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of sales experience in Health Care & Semi-Government, preferably in AI, data analytics and SaaS solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative and value‑driven sales, achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Experience in account management and customer success to ensure recurring business and strong client relationships.
  • Strong network within Health Care & Semi-Government is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker who can identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities.
