Midis Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Quest
. Quest is an award‑winning IT management software provider offering a broad selection of solutions that solve some of the most common and most challenging IT problems.
We are hiring a Sales Manager for our Quest team who will be accountable for the promotion of respective products/services through a well‑defined strategy and sound partnerships with existing and potential customers in the assigned country/region. S/He works towards optimizing sales volumes, acquiring new partnerships and coordinating marketing programs and activities in line with the Channel team.
Responsibilities- Define the sales strategy and roadmap of the products/services line in the assigned country/region.
- Establish sales budgets and targets and cascade to the team accordingly.
- Grow the reference customers’ base with emphasis on new logos.
- Manage the entire sales life cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Specify market requirements for current and future products/services by conducting market research supported by on‑going visits to existing and potential customers.
- Lead the vendors’ relations in alignment with the company’s management and strategy.
- Assist in building and maintaining a solid channel/customer database, analyze data and develop metrics to evaluate loyalty and new opportunities.
- Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and market development reports in line with business objectives.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team to design and implement marketing activities.
- Oversee the implementation of targeted programs and marketing activities involving the Channel team.
- Promote the company and its product line within the Region.
- Put available systems into practice ( CRM for leads, opportunity and deal registration management) for output efficiency and standardization.
- Proven track record in a Sales capacity within the IT industry.
- Experience with selling Microsoft Platform technology/Data platforms is a plus.
- Excellent account/relationships management.
- Ability to map company offerings against customer needs and to identify new opportunities within allocated accounts.
- Understands the importance of account plans and clearly utilises them to drive success.
- Ensures operating within compliance from a process, legal and revenue recognition.
