Purpose of the job
Sales Manager will drive territory revenue in the scope responsible, will have ownership of the sales territory and will be entirely dedicated to driving long‑term success. The ideal candidate is an experienced and proven sales representative with a strong network in the Electrical Market. We are looking for someone who can make a significant impact by building, negotiating and closing large complex deals, and who can lead, motivate and gain the respect of clients.

Meet and exceed ambitious sales revenue goalsEstablish and develop the distribution networks across all key channelsManage sales and marketing eventsSupport and deploy strategic initiatives as per directions from Sales & Business Development teamsCoordinate with the country support team in China for end‑sales processesConduct marketing intelligence activitiesFollow local projects in the value segment and coordinate with all stakeholders such as panel builders, contractors and consultantsEstablish relationships with utilities to obtain the required approvals in the countryEnsure retail business growth along with acquisition of POS and tracking the sales through POSTarget OEMs & panel builders in the value brand segmentUpdate management on key changes in the country that could have a business impactMaintain close coordination with SE leadership team in KSAEssential Professional Experience
10+ years in relevant Sales & Export rolesExperience managing distributors with the ability to build strong and committed relationships with distributors, customers and external partnersSales background in low‑voltage electrical products; power distribution, industrial control products, etc. are a plusExperience working with Chinese brandsDemonstrate strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills in executing, influencing and developing strategic initiatives for country salesDesirable Qualifications
A wide network of contacts in the electrical marketWorked in companies such as SE, Siemens, Chint, LS, Eaton, Signify, etc.Experience penetrating new marketsPersonal Skills
Ability to be flexible and responsive in the demanding environment of a start‑up organizationGood communication and presentation skillsMotivated and accustomed to performing and meeting quotasStrategic view, teamwork and quick execution with a sense of speedResult‑oriented with good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skillsWilling to work under pressure, accept challenge and meet commitmentsEducation background
Diploma or Bachelor in EngineeringOthers
