Job DescriptionAt ATHEER Connectivity , we provide high-performance wireless connectivity solutions for businesses and service providers. As we expand our commercial footprint, we are looking for Field Sales Representatives / Channel Sales Agents who can actively go to market, engage customers face-to-face, and sell our service packages on the ground.
This role is highly execution-focused and suited for individuals or small teams with strong local market access and hands-on sales experience.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct door-to-door and on-site visits to identify and acquire new customers.
- Present and sell Atheer’s connectivity packages to businesses and target accounts.
- Generate leads independently and convert them into signed deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through direct, on-ground selling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular field visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service packages.
- Act as the first point of contact during the sales and onboarding stages.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support installations, activations, and handovers.
- Track sales activities and share basic field updates and feedback.
- Support expansion through referrals, upselling, and repeat business.
- Proven experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or channel sales.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Familiarity with telecom, internet services, or B2B sales is a plus.
- Willingness to work in the field on a daily basis.
Engagement can be commission-based or revenue-sharing
