Job Description: To support and grow relationships with SME clients, ensure exceptional service delivery, achieve sales targets, and contribute to profitability while maintaining full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that the procedure and guidelines are followed and has proper sales operations and by continuously seeking process improvements
- Achieve assigned sales targets through identifying new SME prospects and presenting tailored insurance solutions
- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to assess needs and close deals
- Highlight product benefits, coverage options, and additional services to drive client acquisition and retention
- Ensure all client documentation (proposals, KYC, contracts) is accurately completed and submitted
- Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and policy issuance teams to guarantee seamless policy activation
- Follow up on pending proposals or renewals and elevate delays where necessary
- Act as the second point of contact for direct SME clients regarding policy inquiries and service requests
- Respond promptly to client issues, coordinating with relevant departments for resolution
- Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients through consistent communication and support
- Ensure full compliance with IA, CCHI, and company policies across all client interactions
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all leads and opportunities
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market movements
- Stay up to date with market developments and competitors’ activities
- Provide feedback to managers on product gaps, pricing concerns, or service improvement opportunities
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in insurance
