Role OverviewWe're looking for a Sales Specialist who understands B2B sales, enjoys building relationships, and knows how to sell value — not just features. You'll play a key role in growing Serva's customer base and driving revenue across Saudi Arabia and the region. Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and close B2B sales opportunities for Serva's SaaS products
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → demos → proposals → closing
- Conduct product demos tailored to customer needs (fleet size, use cases, operations)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reports
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS experience is a strong plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply
- Experience selling to enterprises, SMEs, or fleet‑related businesses is a plus
- Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑moving startup environment
- Arabic (native) and English (professional)
- Experience in fleet management, mobility, logistics, or fintech SaaS
- Existing network in Saudi businesses or fleet operators
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnels
