We are looking for an Assistant Manager – KSA to support the KSA Sales Manager, drive front‑line sales activities, and help expand our presence in the KSA market.
Responsibilities- Support the KSA Sales Manager in day‑to‑day market operations and client management.
- Drive front‑line sales activities in KSA, including prospecting, follow‑ups, and order generation.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data, order details, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and high‑quality service delivery.
- Assist in managing key accounts and strengthening relationships with clients in the assigned markets.
- Prepare sales reports, track performance, and provide market insights to support planning and business development.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets for KSA and potentially Pakistan markets.
- Travel to KSA one week per month for client visits, account management, and business development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and alignment across the sales team.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the flexible packaging industry.
- Direct experience in KSA market is essential.
- Strong front‑line sales skills: prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and order generation.
- Proactive, results‑oriented, and able to work independently while supporting sales managers.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, supporting cross‑functional alignment and success.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic is required, strong English communication skills.
