Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand market presence, and develop strategic relationships across the water and electromechanical sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong technical awareness, commercial acumen, and a proven track record in project-based sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in pumping systems, water heating, electromechanical works, and related solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and government entities
  • Prepare and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Lead the pre‑sales process including market analysis, client presentations, and proposal coordination
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to develop competitive solutions and bids
  • Monitor tenders, RFPs, and upcoming projects; manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award
  • Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalisation
  • Track market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in business development or sales within pumping solutions, electromechanical, water, or infrastructure sectors
  • Strong understanding of water solutions (pumping systems, water heating, MEP, electromechanical projects)
  • Proven experience dealing with consultants, EPC contractors, and government projects in Saudi Arabia
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and strategically in a competitive market
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required;
    Arabic is a must
  • Valid driving licence
