Rgheeb is seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales & Partnerships Executive specialized in B2B Services to enhance our business development efforts. In this role, you will focus on building strategic partnerships and driving sales initiatives to expand our market presence. You will identify potential B2B clients, develop tailored proposals, and foster long-term relationships that contribute to mutual growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, a strong understanding of B2B services, and a proactive approach to driving results.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify and pursue new partnership opportunities within the B2B services landscape.
  • Engage with potential partners to understand their needs and position Rgheeb's services as valuable solutions.
  • Develop and present customized proposals that clearly articulate the benefits of collaboration.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize agreements to establish fruitful partnerships.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners to drive ongoing business opportunities.
  • Track sales performance and partnership activities, providing data-driven insights to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing strategies promoting B2B services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Partnerships Executive, or similar role in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B services and solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Earn commission on closed deals in addition to base salary.
