Position: Technology Sales Manager (KSA)

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily prospecting activities (cold calling, cold emailing, social selling) to generate client meetings.
  • Proactively identify and resolve prospective customer challenges to drive conversions.
  • Approach prospects with the aim of winning new business, building relationships, researching the market and related products, and presenting the product or service in a structured and professional manner.
  • Help clients understand how health insurance works and educate them on the different options available.
  • Evaluate and highlight features in the plans and make recommendations based on the benefits required.
  • Provide excellent customer service and look for ways to enhance the client experience.
  • Consistently meet or exceed defined quarterly sales objectives.
  • Proactively communicate via telephone, email, in‑person, and social media.
  • Saudi Nationals are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; fluency in Arabic (written & verbal).
  • Eagerness to learn and a positive mindset.
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers.
  • Leverage insights and data to add value to buyer discussions.
  • Self‑starter and assertive with a 'can‑do' attitude.
  • Self‑awareness.
