- Conduct daily prospecting activities (cold calling, cold emailing, social selling) to generate client meetings.
- Proactively identify and resolve prospective customer challenges to drive conversions.
- Approach prospects with the aim of winning new business, building relationships, researching the market and related products, and presenting the product or service in a structured and professional manner.
- Help clients understand how health insurance works and educate them on the different options available.
- Evaluate and highlight features in the plans and make recommendations based on the benefits required.
- Provide excellent customer service and look for ways to enhance the client experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed defined quarterly sales objectives.
- Proactively communicate via telephone, email, in‑person, and social media.
- Saudi Nationals are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; fluency in Arabic (written & verbal).
- Eagerness to learn and a positive mindset.
- Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers.
- Leverage insights and data to add value to buyer discussions.
