As a Digital Sales Representative at Lendo, you will be the first point of contact for prospective borrowers interested in our financing solutions. You will primarily manage inbound enquiries generated through our digital channels, explain Lendo's products and value proposition, assess customer requirements, and guide potential borrowers through the application process.

Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to convert interest into qualified financing opportunities. You will work closely with Customer Care, Credit, and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey while contributing directly to Lendo's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Inbound Sales & Customer Engagement
  • Handle inbound calls generated through Lendo's website, digital channels, and IVR system.
  • Respond promptly to borrower enquiries and provide accurate information regarding Lendo's financing solutions.
  • Present Lendo's value proposition and explain available products and services.
  • Build rapport with potential customers and identify financing needs.
Lead Qualification & Conversion
  • Assess customer eligibility and financing requirements.
  • Qualify prospective borrowers and guide them through the application process.
  • Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversion rates.
  • Identify opportunities to convert enquiries into financing applications.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within Hub Spot CRM.
  • Update customer information, call notes, and lead status in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all opportunities are tracked throughout the sales funnel.
Performance & Reporting
  • Meet individual targets relating to call handling, lead qualification, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor pipeline activity and maintain strong follow-up discipline.
  • Contribute feedback on customer trends, objections, and market insights. Work closely with Customer Care, Credit, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Support outbound follow-up activities when required.
    • Contribute ideas to improve customer acquisition and conversion performance.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree (required).
    • Fluent Arabic speaker with good English communication skills.
    • 1-3+ years of experience in sales, telesales, customer acquisition, call center sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Experience working with CRM systems such as Hub Spot is preferred.
    • Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound customer calls.
    • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving conversion targets.
