Overview & Context

Serves as the primary client liaison and strategic leader for client accounts on Amazon and other key EMEA marketplaces (e.g., Jumia, Walmart Europe).
Focused on delivering exceptional service, building strong relationships, and driving overall business growth without an explicit emphasis on AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication and managing client expectations.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
Strategic Oversight:
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies for each client.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for multi-channel growth.
Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with creative, advertising, data, and listing teams to deliver cohesive e-commerce strategies.

Critical Skills

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Strong understanding of Amazon and other EMEA marketplaces.
Ability to translate performance data into actionable strategic decisions.
