Senior Sales Representative - OOH

Our client is a growing organization operating within the signage advertising and media production sector. As part of its commercial expansion strategy the company is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative based in Riyadh who can drive revenue growth, develop strategic client relationships, and independently manage the complete sales cycle.

The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and achieving assigned revenue targets. The successful candidate will operate as a full-cycle commercial professional owning the sales process from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, closing, and account expansion. This role requires a highly driven sales professional with strong commercial instincts, an established network in the Riyadh market, and the ability to engage decision-makers across government, semi-government, corporate, retail, hospitality, and real estate sectors.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Own the complete sales cycle including prospecting client meetings, opportunity qualification, solution presentation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across Riyadh s corporate government semi-government retail hospitality and real estate sectors.
• Generate new business opportunities through market intelligence networking referrals and direct outreach.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and regular CRM updates.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable signage advertising media production and branding solutions.
• Manage strategic client accounts and identify opportunities for expansion and repeat business.
• Lead commercial negotiations while ensuring alignment with business objectives and profitability targets.
• Coordinate with internal operations and production teams to ensure smooth project handover and delivery.
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and new business opportunities within Riyadh.
• Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and performance updates for management.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings industry events and networking activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience with demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets.
• Strong track record in new business development and client acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage the complete sales process independently.
• Established network with decision-makers in Riyadh across corporate, government, semi-government, retail, hospitality, or real estate sectors is highly preferred.
• Experience in signage, outdoor advertising, media production, branding, events, printing, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to manage sales activities independently.
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building capabilities.
• Fluency in English is required;
  Arabic proficiency is preferred.
