We are seeking an accomplished High Jewelry Sales Expert to join Mouawad in Riyadh, KSA — one of our most dynamic markets for private clientele.

This is a rare mandate:
Full ownership of a portfolio of the House's most valued relationships, direct access to exceptional gemstones and Masterpiece creations, and the autonomy to build a client business on your own terms, backed by the full weight of a 135-year Maison. This is not a transactional sales role. It is a long-term relationship business — built on trust, discretion, and an unmatched command of gemstone and craftsmanship knowledge.

Personally close High Jewelry sales, drawing on deep gemstone and craftsmanship expertise to guide the Customer's decision.

• Cultivate and manage a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and VIP clients across your market and beyond.
• Present and place High Jewelry (HJ) and Masterpiece (MP) creations, guiding clients through provenance, craftsmanship, and rarity.
• Host and represent Mouawad at private viewings, trunk shows, and exclusive client events, in-boutique and off-site.
• Partner with merchandising, design, and atelier teams on bespoke and made-to-order.
• Maintain and continuously deepen expert-level knowledge of gemstones, certifications, and the House's heritage and collections.
• Uphold the House's positioning and standard of service in every client interaction — the Mouawad experience is never discounted, never rushed.
• Collaborate with the global clientelling and CRM teams to ensure a seamless, House-wide client journey.

• A proven track record in High Jewelry, fine jewelry, or luxury watch sales, with direct experience serving UHNW clients.
• Strong gemological grounding; a GIA diploma or equivalent credential is a strong advantage.
• An existing network of high-net-worth relationships in the market is highly valued.
• Saudi National only.
• A polished, discreet, client-first presence, with the judgment to represent the House at the highest level.
• Willingness to travel for private client visits, previews, and House events.
