Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise train and motivate a team of Van Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets
• Plan and monitor daily sales routes and territory coverage for maximum market penetration
• Track individual and team sales performance providing regular reports to management
• Conduct field visits to ensure proper merchandising product availability and customer satisfaction
• Identify new business opportunities and support the team in acquiring new outlets
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
• Monitor stock levels van conditions and cash collection processes across the team
• Analyze market trends competitor activity and sales data to recommend strategy improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies pricing and promotional guidelines

• Minimum of 3-9 years of experience in sales supervision, preferable in FMCG or food distribution
• Proven track record of leading a sales team and achieving targets
• Valid Saudi driving license
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in sales reporting and basic data analysis (Excel or similar tools)
• Fluency in Arabic;
  English is a plus
• Transferable Iqama
