Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for the Home Appliance (HS) product category. Identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers, distributors, dealers, project customers, and key accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings to promote HS products and solutions. Provide technical and commercial support to customers regarding product specifications, features, and applications.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements in line with company policies. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements. Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment. Manage sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer records. Support product launches, promotions, and in-store activities to maximize sales performance. Prepare periodic sales reports and business updates for management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management. Experience in Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Electrical Products, or related industries. Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Ability to understand and explain product features and technical specifications. Strong communication and presentation skills. Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in English. Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required. Experience with premium home appliances or consumer electronics brands. Established network within retailers, distributors, dealers, or project customers in Saudi Arabia. Experience in retail, dealer management, or project sales channels. Arabic language proficiency. Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience in a multinational company.
