Premium Medical Solution
is looking for a results-driven and highly experienced Key Account Manager
(CMF) to join our team and lead the growth of our Craniomaxillofacial (CMF)
surgical products portfolio.

Manage and expand
high-value hospital accounts, including MOH, NUPCO, and major private hospital
groups.

Build strategic
relationships with CMF/Maxillofacial surgeons, department heads, hospital
administration, and key decision-makers.

Develop and execute
strategic key account plans to maximize market penetration and consistently
achieve sales targets.

Coordinate in-OR
(Operating Room) technical support, product evaluations, clinical
presentations, and surgical workshops for surgeons and OR nursing staff.

Lead tender management,
NUPCO award tracking, product listings, and consignment stock oversight across
government and private sectors.

Monitor market dynamics,
competitor activities, and pricing trends to identify new commercial growth
opportunities.

Support surgeons and
healthcare professionals during surgical procedures when required.

Bachelor’s Degree in
Physical Therapy.

Minimum 3+ years of
experience in medical device sales or key account management, preferably within
the CMF / Maxillofacial market.

Strong technical
knowledge of CMF anatomy, fixation systems, and operating room procedures.

Experience and
familiarity with MOH, NUPCO, government tendering processes, and major private
hospital networks.

Excellent negotiation,
strategic account management, and analytical skills.

Strong communication,
presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Valid Saudi driving
license is preferred.

Willingness to travel
within assigned territories and accounts.

Ability to work
effectively with surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
