We're Hiring:
Sales Support Specialist
Join our team at a leading medical device company specializing in Orthopedic Implants, Trauma Solutions, Sports Medicine, and Medical Disposables. We're seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to empower our sales team and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Process sales orders, quotations, and customer inquiries accurately and on time
- Coordinate with warehousing and logistics to ensure timely product delivery
- Maintain and update CRM systems with customer data and sales activities
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance dashboards
- Liaise with tender and procurement teams on customer requirements
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in sales support or sales coordination, preferably in medical devices or healthcare
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
