Lead Playmaker Film Studio s commercial growth strategy driving revenue through strategic partnerships leasing sponsor ships marketing and business development The role is responsible for maximizing studio utilization enhancing brand visibility and building long-term partnerships across the film media and entertainment ecosystem
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the studio s commercial and partnership strategy
- Identify and secure new revenue opportunities sponsor ships and strategic partnerships
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage key client and stakeholder relationships
- Oversee leasing activities tenant acquisition retention and occupancy performance
- Drive marketing communications and brand positioning initiatives
Oversee digital and social media strategies to enhance audience engagement and awareness - Monitor commercial performance budgets KPIs and revenue targets
- Represent Playmaker Film Studio with industry partners investors production companies and government stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in commercial, partnerships, business development, or marketing leadership roles.
- Experience with in film, media, entertainment, creative industries, sports, or events sectors preferred.
- Proven track record in securing strategic partnerships and commercial revenue growth.
