Sales Hunter

We are looking for a strong and highly motivated Sales Hunter with solid field sales experience. The main responsibility is to identify new business opportunities, acquire new customers and achieve sales targets.

This role is for a hardworking, proactive salesperson who enjoys working in the field and is strongly focused on results.

• Identify and approach new potential customers.
• Conduct daily field visits, cold calls and prospecting activities.
• Develop new business within the assigned territory.
• Build relationships with hotels, restaurants, catering companies and other Ho Re Ca  customers.
• Present products, prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Convert prospects into active customers.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up consistently.
• Achieve monthly sales and new-customer acquisition targets.
• Provide regular reports on visits, opportunities and results.

• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience
  .
• Proven experience in field sales and new customer acquisition.
• Strong hunter mentality and passion for developing new business.
• Hardworking, persistent and highly results-oriented.
• Comfortable with cold calling and visiting customers without appointments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Experience in food distribution or the Ho Re Ca  sector is preferred.
• Willingness to spend most of the working day in the field.
