What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and manage the Home Appliance (HS) Field Sales team to achieve sales, distribution, and market share targets.
• Develop and execute field sales strategies aligned with company objectives and business plans.
• Monitor sales performance, productivity, and KPIs across assigned regions and channels.
• Strengthen relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and channel customers.
• Ensure excellent in-store execution, product visibility, merchandising standards, and promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular field visits to evaluate team performance and provide coaching and guidance.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and category teams to optimize sales initiatives and product availability.
• Manage sales forecasting, inventory monitoring, and demand planning activities.
• Recruit, train, and develop field sales talent to build a high-performing sales organization.
• Prepare sales reports, business reviews, and performance presentations for management.

What you must have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Retail Management, or Field Sales Operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
• Experience with in consumer electronics, home appliances, FMCG, or a related industry.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and market share targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.

Nice if you have

• Experience managing Home Appliance (HS) or Consumer Electronics sales teams.
• Knowledge of the Saudi retail and distribution market.
• Experience working with major retailers and distributors.
• Arabic language proficiency.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics platforms.
• Experience in a multinational organization.
• Strong understanding of merchandising, retail execution, and category management.
