As a Sales & Marketing Representative
, you will be proactively following up on leads and opportunities generated from various sales and marketing activities, ensuring timely conversion. You will also focus on customer mapping, reaching out to potential clients and establishing relationships through phone/email, and coordinating visits or online calls with the sales team and distributors.

Your success in this role is measured by the ability to generate and convert leads and effectively update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM database.

The role requires interaction with sales and marketing teams, distributors, and customers in the Middle East and Africa.

• Follow up on leads and opportunities from sales and marketing activities, ensuring timely conversion.
• Update and maintain accurate information in the database for effective sales & marketing campaigns.
• Support the sales team in action plan execution.
• Coordinate between internal teams and distributor teams to ensure execution of the sales and marketing action plans.

• A technical degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or a related discipline, is preferred. However, a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field may also be considered.
• Prior B2B sales and marketing experience is preferred, including lead generation and customer relationship management.
• Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market verticals is advantageous, including a broad understanding of different industries and their dynamics.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics) and database management systems is desired. Highly preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both verbally and in writing.
