The Sales Consultant identifies customer needs, offers suitable vehicle options, and maintains long-term client relationships through professional, knowledgeable, and courteous service.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for vehicles and related products.
• Accurately record all sales opportunities, contacts, and follow-up actions to maximize conversion.
• Ensure profitability on each sale by negotiating within the guidelines set.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and competitor comparisons.
• Conduct fair appraisals of used vehicles for trade-in or resale valuation.
• Complete finance and insurance paperwork with accuracy and clarity.
• Ensure timely and professional vehicle handovers with all pre-delivery steps fulfilled.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Support showroom organization and participate in sales campaigns and promotions.
• Use digital tools (e.g., Snapcell, Eval Expert) to enhance engagement and boost sales.
• Monitor and follow up on leads generated through online platforms, events, or walk-ins to ensure high conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the after-sales and service departments to ensure seamless post-purchase experience for customers.
• Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new models, features, and technologies.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.

• Minimum 1 year in a retail or automotive sales environment.
• Proven track record in customer service and achieving sales targets.
• Valid driving license.

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
