We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team and lead our B2B growth strategy.

• Developing and executing B2B sales & business development strategies
• Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities and B2B clients
• Building strong relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors
• Driving revenue growth and increasing market share
• Managing the full B2B sales cycle
• Developing sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans
• Conducting market and competitor analysis
• Leading, coaching, and developing the sales team
• Managing strategic partnerships and commercial relationships
• Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Finance

• 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Commercial, Retail, or E-commerce
• Strong B2B sales and business development experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
• Fluent in English and Arabic is preferred
