- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts
- Execute account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market penetration
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective customer solutions and support
- Conduct product presentations and engage customers on clinical and commercial value
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to drive business growth
- Maintain accurate forecasts account records
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and ethical standards
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sales.
- Key Account Management experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing strategic accounts
- Strong interventional radiology and breast imaging/radiology experience
- Clinical background with experience in radiology or a broader medical specialty
- Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
- Strong commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
