Key Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced MRO/OEM Key Account Manager to drive the development of priority industrial market segments and build recurring Electrical business across Saudi Arabia.

• Develop customer needs into quotations, repeat orders, and framework agreements.
• Coordinate with the Director of Market Development, Product Managers, Suppliers, and Supply Chain.
• Identify portfolio gaps and support supplier/product selection.
• Manage the segment pipeline, revenue, margin, and account-development plans.
• Manage customer-specific inventory and minimize speculative stocking.
• Lead key strategic opportunities and expand relationships with major industrial customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia

• Strong experience in Electrical Distribution, Industrial Sales, MRO, or Key Account Management
  .
• Experience working with industrial end users
  .
• Proven experience in Key Account Development, Business Development, Segment Management, framework agreements, and solution selling.
• Good knowledge of LV Distribution, Control Components, and Electrical MRO products.
• Established relationships with Saudi industrial customers.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and account-development skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Technical Teams, Suppliers, and Supply Chain.

Priority will be given to candidates with strong Saudi-market MRO/OEM experience and an established industrial customer network.
