Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager – Logistics to lead sales efforts, grow market share, and manage key accounts within a designated region in KSA. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and customer relationship management to achieve revenue targets in the logistics and supply chain sector.

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth objectives.
• Identify, acquire, and manage key clients, logistics partners, and accounts within the assigned region.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to maximize performance and achieve targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, KSA regulations, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in logistics or transportation.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing regional or national accounts.
• Strong knowledge of logistics services, supply chain solutions, and market dynamics in KSA/GCC.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
