Sales Officer

We are looking for a Sales Officer to join our sales team and contribute to achieving sales targets by generating new business opportunities, managing sales leads, building strong client relationships, and successfully closing deals.

• Execute daily sales activities and work toward achieving assigned sales targets.
• Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Follow up with leads and sales opportunities from initial contact through successful closing.
• Conduct negotiations and work toward successfully closing deals.
• Manage and track sales opportunities using CRM systems

• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and customer information regularly.
• Achieve key sales KPIs and monitor conversion rates and sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and successful deal execution.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and results.

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Good understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and key performance indicators.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer relationship management tools.
• Ability to work toward sales targets and meet deadlines.
• Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills.
• Strongly preferred: Experience in Technology, Software, or SaaS sales
