Sales Representative - Saudi National

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling CFF's Bakery, Meat, and Beverage products to assigned customers and territories, building strong customer relationships, and achieving the sales targets set by the Company.

• Visit assigned customers and outlets on a regular schedule to present and sell Company products.
• Achieve the individual and territory sales targets assigned in line with Company policy.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Collect customer orders accurately and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
• Follow up on payments and collections in accordance with Company credit policy.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends, and report findings to the Sales Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and customer feedback, and submit periodic reports.
• Ensure full compliance with Company policies, food safety standards, and applicable Saudi regulations.

Achievement of the sales target(s) assigned in accordance with Company policy is a mandatory element of this role and is treated as a core Key Performance Indicator (KPI) on which the employee is formally evaluated in every performance review period.

• % Achievement of assigned sales target per Company policy (core KPI, evaluated every period).
• Customer visit plan adherence and coverage rate.
• Collections and receivables aging within approved limits.
• New customer acquisition and account growth.

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate to 1 year of experience in sales.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
• Good communication and customer relationship skills.
