Client is seeking a high-impact Market Expansion Manager to spearhead our growth across Riyadh or Dammam. In this role, you won’t just manage a territory; you will be the primary architect of our brand’s presence, overseeing everything from strategic distributor recruitment to the evolution of our e-commerce footprint.
This is a pivotal leadership position for a professional who thrives on autonomy and strategic challenge. You will act as the heartbeat of our commercial operations in Riyadh or Dammam, balancing high-level business development with on-the-ground channel management. You will be empowered to build, mentor, and lead your team to exceed targets while taking full ownership of your P&L and market share.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You Will Own
- Commercial Strategy:
Architect the roadmap for market penetration, leveraging deep market intelligence to identify and capture new business opportunities. - Channel Excellence:
Build and nurture a robust network of distributors, retailers, and wholesalers. You will be the master negotiator, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. - Modernizing Growth:
Lead our digital transformation by developing and optimizing e-commerce distribution channels, ensuring our brand dominates both offline and online spaces. - Marketing & Brand Power:
Direct high-impact marketing initiatives and manage agency relationships to ensure client remains the top-of-mind choice for quality office supplies. - Leadership & Ownership:
Mentor a high-performing business development team and report directly on market growth, KPIs, and operational excellence to senior leadership.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies or a related discipline. –15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing roles, with proven people management experience being mandatory. Strong commercial exposure within a reputable FMCG experience and experience in office supplies and stationery will be a plus point Demonstrated commercial responsibility with a solid understanding of market dynamics. Excellent strategic and commercial acumen.
Strong experience in sales and marketing strategy development and implementation. Proven leadership capability in driving team performance and achieving business targets. Strong exposure to Traditional Trade is essential. Experience in Modern Trade and e-commerce will be considered an added advantage. Proven track record in managing distributors and wholesalers, including distributor development, performance monitoring, and channel expansion initiatives. Candidates should have strong FMCG background.
No HORECA, tobacco, telecom, or other unrelated industries Preferred age range: 33–40 years. Need to be native Arabic speaker and should be able to sponsor their own visa.
Candidate should be based in Riyadh (Budget is around SAR 35,000 per month including everything (Fixed fee, CDMI and reimbursements).
