We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Auction Manager to drive sales and revenue through auction activities. The role will be responsible for managing buyer relationships, maximizing auction participation, coordinating auction operations, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in auction sales or real estate sales
, with strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Drive auction sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, dealers, traders, and corporate clients.
- Identify and onboard new buyers to increase auction participation and transaction volumes.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and buyer engagement to bidding and transaction closure.
- Develop strategies to increase bidder participation, auction volumes, conversion rates, and average selling prices.
