Senior Sales Specialist

On behalf of our client we are looking for a Senior Sales Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. Task/ Job Summary Responsible for developing sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets across contracting, operation & maintenance, facility management, and hospitality services, while building strong client relationships and managing the sales process through contract closure.

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and secure new clients and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up on tenders and business opportunities, including Etimad Platform.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate with clients, and close contracts.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Manage leads and the full sales cycle.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to meet client requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business opportunities.
• Lead and support the sales team to achieve company objectives.

• Male
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role/industry
• Experience with Etimad Platform is preferred
• Strong marketing and business development skills Strong negotiation and communication skills
