Business Development Manager – IT Staffing

Experience: 6–8 Years

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the Saudi market through IT staffing, staff augmentation, and recruitment solutions
.

• Identify and acquire new clients across enterprise, government, BFSI, telecom, and technology sectors
  .
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CIOs, HR, Procurement, and Technology decision-makers
  .
• Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations to contract closure
  .
• Promote IT staffing, contract staffing, permanent recruitment, RPO, and workforce solutions
  .
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and client portfolio in Riyadh/KSA.
• Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams for timely fulfilment.
• Prepare RFPs, RFQs, proposals, commercial offers, and presentations
  .
• Achieve agreed revenue, sales, and new-client acquisition targets
  .
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging staffing opportunities.

• 6–8 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within IT Staffing, Recruitment, Staff Augmentation, or IT Services
  .
• Strong Saudi/KSA market experience with an established client network.
• Proven track record in new client acquisition and revenue generation
  .
• Strong understanding of contract staffing and IT recruitment solutions
  .
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience working with enterprise and government clients is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
