We are currently looking for a Sales Manager for one of our esteemed Real Estate Development clients in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and manage the B2C & B2B sales team
- Drive residential sales to individual buyers and investors
- Develop corporate, institutional and bulk sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with brokers, banks and corporate clients
- Lead negotiations and manage deals through to contract and handover
- Monitor sales pipeline, CRM, conversions and revenue collection
- Coach the sales team and ensure achievement of individual & team targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
- 8+ years of Real Estate Sales experience in KSA/GCC
- 3+ years of Sales Team Leadership experience
- Proven record of closing residential sales and corporate or institutional deals.
- Knowledge of REGA, FAL, Wafi, Ejar & Sakani
