Business Director

We are looking for an experienced B2C Sales Manager / Sales Lead to build and lead our sales team for the Saudi market.

This role will own the end-to-end conversion of sales leads generated through paid advertising and KOL/influencer channels
, managing the full sales journey from lead allocation and customer outreach to trial follow-up, course consultation, and payment.

You will be accountable for monthly GMV, sales funnel conversion, and sales productivity
, while building a high-performing and scalable local sales operation.

• Develop monthly sales plans based on Saudi market targets, translating GMV, order volume, and conversion goals into clear team and individual targets. Own sales forecasting and monthly performance reviews.
• Build and manage a structured process for lead qualification, allocation, follow-up, and recycling across paid advertising and KOL-generated leads.
• Manage the full sales funnel, including first contact, customer engagement, trial follow-up, course consultation, quotation, and payment conversion

• Recruit, train, certify, schedule, and manage local sales representatives. Establish sales SOPs, call scripts, quality assurance standards, coaching routines, performance management, and incentive mechanisms
  .
• Establish escalation mechanisms for high-value and complex leads
  , using case reviews, manager intervention, and targeted coaching to improve closing capability.
• Track and analyze key funnel metrics by lead source, salesperson, and funnel stage, including contact rate, effective engagement rate, Trial-to-Paid conversion, sales cycle, and loss reasons
  .
• Continuously improve follow-up cadence, sales scripts, consultation approach, and pricing presentation based on funnel performance and customer feedback.
• Partner closely with Performance Marketing, KOL/Influencer Marketing, Product, Payment, and Customer Service teams to provide feedback on lead quality, customer needs, competitor pricing, payment issues, and reasons for lost sales, ensuring issues are followed through to resolution.

• 5+ years of B2C sales experience
  , including at least 2 years of sales team management experience
  . Experience in online education, language learning, or the Saudi market is strongly preferred.
• Able to demonstrate previous sales performance with concrete metrics, such as team size, lead volume, conversion rate, average order value, and GMV/revenue achieved
  .
• Strong capability in target setting, sales process management, performance analysis, and business diagnosis
  , with hands-on experience improving team conversion through call reviews, case analysis, and sales coaching.
• Familiar with CRM-based lead management and sales funnel analysis
  , including lead utilization, response time, salesperson productivity, and sales forecasting. SQL knowledge is not required.
• Strong understanding of Saudi customer communication styles, education spending behavior, and purchasing decision-making
  , with familiarity across phone, messaging, voice, and online consultation sales channels.
• Fluent Arabic and able to use English as a working language
