We are seeking an experienced Sales Director / Sales Manager to drive IT and cybersecurity business growth across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of industry experience, with strong expertise in strategic account management, complex deal structuring, vendor management, and enterprise sales.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage strategic enterprise and government accounts and build C-level relationships.
- Structure multi-year, managed-service, and project-based contracts while protecting margins.
- Manage vendors and partners, including deal registration, co-selling, and rebates.
- Conduct account mapping, contact mapping, and strategic account planning.
- Lead negotiations, proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and deal closures.
- Work closely with presales and technical teams to develop customer solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts.
- Stay updated on IT and cybersecurity market trends and opportunities.
- 8–10 years of experience in IT/cybersecurity sales in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong enterprise and government account management experience.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
- Strong vendor/channel partner management experience.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.
