Sales Specialist

Job Duties – Sales Officer

Communicate with customers and respond to all inquiries via phone and Whats App.

Receive customers and visitors at the project site, greet them, and provide a comprehensive explanation of the project and the available units.

Conduct on‑site tours for customers within the project and present the advantages of the units and services.

Continuously follow up with customers until the sales process is completed or a decision is made.

Enter and update customer data in the customer management system or the approved forms.

Achieve the monthly sales targets according to the approved plans.

Prepare and submit periodic reports on visits, inquiries, and the status of potential customers.

Comply with the company’s policies, sales procedures, and customer service standards.

Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company appropriately in front of customers.

Participate in events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns organized by the company when needed.

Perform any other related tasks to the nature of the work as assigned by the direct management.
