B2B Sales Representative

RKKB is a Saudi HVAC contracting company specializing in integrated ductwork solutions, covering engineering design, supply, installation, and commissioning for commercial establishments.

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Representative to grow our client base among new and existing businesses: retail shops, restaurants, cafés, offices, clinics, and corporate facilities. You will identify projects early, especially during the fit-out stage, and turn them into signed contracts.

• Generate leads and win new ductwork projects from businesses in Riyadh
• Build partnerships with interior designers, fit-out companies, contractors, and commercial real estate brokers
• Visit sites and client offices, present RKKB's solutions, and coordinate with the engineering team on quotations
• Follow up on proposals through to contract signing and collection
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and report on weekly progress

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HVAC, MEP, construction, fit-out, or building materials
• An existing network in the contracting or fit-out market is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English
• Valid Saudi driving license and own car
• Saudi nationality preferred
