The Strategic Partnerships & Marketing Growth Associate will be responsible for building, managing, and growing Nutrili’s strategic offline partnerships.
You will work across two major areas:
- Strategic Partner Growth: Supporting key partners to improve sell-through, visibility, staff education, activations, reorder opportunities, and customer feedback loops.
- Wellness, Corporate & Community Partnerships: Building partnerships with gyms, clinics, wellness studios, beauty destinations, hotels, corporate wellness clients, events, and community partners that help Nutrili reach the right audience and drive measurable growth.
The ideal candidate is not just “good with people.” They are commercially sharp, structured, proactive, and able to manage partners, activations, reporting, and follow-up with discipline.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Partner Growth
- Manage and support priority partners after listing.
- Build account plans for strategic partners, including visibility, activations, staff education, product focus, and growth opportunities.
- Support sell-through by coordinating in-store activations, product education, sampling, POS material, and partner-specific campaigns.
- Collect store and partner feedback on product performance, customer objections, pricing, merchandising, and reorder opportunities.
- Work closely with sales and commercial teams to identify which partners and locations need more support.
- Track partner performance, activation impact, stock movement feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure key partners understand Nutrili’s products, benefits, usage, and positioning.
- Identify and develop new partnerships across gyms, Pilates/yoga studios, wellness centers, clinics, beauty salons, aesthetic clinics, hotels, spas, corporate wellness teams, universities, and premium lifestyle communities.
- Build and maintain a structured partnership pipeline with clear opportunity value, next steps, owners, and deadlines.
- Develop partnership proposals that align with Nutrili’s brand, audience, and commercial objectives.
- Negotiate partnership opportunities, activations, sampling plans, corporate wellness offers, workshops, and co‑branded initiatives.
- Build long‑term relationships with high‑potential partners rather than one‑off collaborations only.
- Plan and execute in-store activations, wellness pop‑ups, sampling days, corporate wellness sessions, retail partner events, and community activations.
- Ensure every activation has a clear objective, target audience, budget, expected outcome, and post‑event report.
- Coordinate with marketing, content, design, sales, and logistics teams to make sure events and activations are executed smoothly.
- Be present on the ground when needed to manage partners, setup, product displays, sampling, customer questions, and issue resolution.
- Capture learnings from each activation and recommend what to repeat, improve, pause, or stop.
