In this role, you will help grow the company’s presence by building relationships with organizations across fintech and finance.

The position is suited to a commercially minded sales professional who is comfortable engaging stakeholders, understanding client needs, and guiding conversations around software solutions in a complex market.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across fintech and finance clients.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and key decision-makers.
• Lead product demos, presentations, and proposal discussions with potential customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close.

• 5+ years of sales experience, including experience selling financial software or fintech solutions to business clients.
• Experience using CRM tools and a solid understanding of financial services market dynamics.
• Track record of selling to financial institutions and presenting to senior decision-makers such as CTOs, COOs, CDOs, and CEOs.
• Experience with consultative selling is a plus.
• Negotiation experience is a plus.
